How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page of any NormSuite tool and click "Forgot password." You'll receive a reset link via email. If you signed in with Google, use Google's account recovery instead.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to any NormSuite tool, go to your account settings, and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I use NormSuite on my phone?
Yes. All NormSuite tools are fully responsive and work in mobile browsers. We also offer a native iOS app available on the App Store.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use httpOnly cookies for authentication and never store credit card information directly. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How often are tariff rates updated?
TariffCalc rates are sourced from the US International Trade Commission (USITC) and updated regularly to reflect the latest tariff changes, including IEEPA, Section 301, Section 232, and Section 122 tariffs.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day free trial on all plans. If you're unsatisfied after subscribing, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
